How to get a refund

Email hello@pillarandpage.com within 14 days of your purchase and say "refund please." Include the email address you bought with, so we can find your order.

That's the entire process. No forms, no explanations required, no "exit interviews." If you'd like to tell us what didn't work, we'd genuinely love to know — but it's optional and never a condition.

What happens next

We refund the full price to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You don't need to delete anything or prove anything.

The boundaries

• The window is 14 days from the purchase date shown on your receipt.
• Refunds go to the original payment method only.
• One refund per purchase — and if a refunded title isn't for you, we'd rather you not buy it twice.
