Every guide we sell carries a 14-day money-back guarantee. If a book isn't helping you, we don't want to keep your money. We'll either help you get more out of it, or give it back.

How to get a refund

Email refund@pillarandpage.com within 14 days of your purchase (include the email address you bought with, so we can find your order) and tell us what isn't landing for you.

We'll do our best to point you to the part of the guide that helps. And if it's still not the right fit, we'll refund you in full. No hoops, no hard feelings.

What happens next

When a refund is the right call, we send the full price back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

The boundaries

• The window is 14 days from the purchase date shown on your receipt.
• Refunds go to the original payment method only.
• One refund per purchase. If a refunded title isn't for you, we'd rather you not buy it twice.
